Maybe you're not that old and have only ever used the word "wireless" with words like broadband and router but you like music from earlier times ?

ceased broadcasting on 9th January 2009 at 10pm.
This was due to increased costs of licensing, electricity and the change in the pound/dollar exchange rate which increased internet streaming costs by 50%. The cost of providing the service had risen to over £700 per annum and as the cost was entirely borne privately, without any form of income/sponsor, it could no longer be sustained.
